The Viral Minion DB is a database of viral profile HMMs hosted at the Laboratory of Bioinformatics and Viral Genomics of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo, Brazil. Version 1.0 (December 2020) includes models of 27 viral families of prokaryotic viruses and 120 families of eukaryotic viruses. All data is available on a relational database that allows for complex queries.
